Sweet Melissa's, you complete me. When I made the decision last summer to move to Laramie for a job, I was worried because I was a vegetarian moving to a state where I thought people would shoot and eat dinosaurs, if they still roamed the earth. This is not to say that I have anything against potential dinosaur-eating people, I don't in the very least, it's just that I prefer the soft caress of romaine lettuce leaves against my palette, rather than a blood-drippin' moose carcass.
Anyway, I rubbed my eyes with disbelief when I arrived in Laramie and found that this beautiful southeastern Wyoming town had anticipated my arrival by opening a vegetarian restaurant. Okay, in all honesty, this place is phenomenal. In the past few months I have eaten here in the ballpark of 15 times and have never had a bad experience. The thing I love most about this place is that the menu has so many options, and it encompasses several cuisines; American, Italian, Greek, Indian, Mexican, etc. Also, on several occasions I have tried their daily specials, and they have all been better than I could have ever imagined. The menu also has several vegan-friendly dishes as well.
