2016 Preliminary WY Travel Generated Impacts
- Domestic and international visitors in Wyoming spent $3.2 billion in 2016.
- The state's tourism industry supported 31,500 full and part-time jobs, a number that represents 13% of Wyoming's workforce.
- Wyoming welcomed 8.6 million overnight visitors.
- Visitor spending directly affects Wyoming's economy by generating $170 million in local and state tax revenues.
